We are looking for an experienced content strategist who will take the overall responsibility for leading content and social media strategy effort. Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneur in residence whose main mission will be to develop a content strategy that drives targeted inbound traffic and guides visitors through the sales funnel. Our future Content Strategist will work closely with our Growth Manager to achieve these goals. RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Map buyer journeys, assess the workflow, build a CX backlog to identify the gaps in buyer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of prospect interactions, transactions and engagements and implement a scoring strategy based on your analyzes.
  • Build the foundation of our content strategy as well as lead its implementation. 
  • Setting editorial strategy so content is consistent and compelling across all delivery streams.
  • Create specifications and appropriate content for the brand’s designated audience. Experience in leading development across multiple content formats including but not limited to research papers, blogs, webinars, podcasts, email copy, and social media.
  • Create SEO plans, select the right keywords, formulate meta descriptions and optimize content and link building to make our website SEO-proof.
  • Measure and analyze what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s content marketing efforts and leads generation.
  • Collect, tracking and analyzing prospects feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered. 
  • Increase engagement and build up our SoMe audience. 
  • Plan and support the organisation of our own events (webinars,...) as well as our participation in external events. 


WHAT ABOUT YOU?


  • You are a native French or Dutch speaker fluent in English.
  • You have strong analytical skills to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data and translate ideas into actionable, measurable strategies.
  • You have a passion for high standards quality content experiences. You are able to evaluate copy and creative execution and provide constructive feedback. You also have excellent writing skills.
  • You master understanding of Social Media management and optimization best practices across all channels.
  • You have a good knowledge of search engine optimization.

Job requirements


JOBS REQUIREMENTS

Business - You have at least 5 years of professional experience executing and managing digital content projects. Experience working with B2B technology companies and comfort with quickly ramping up on technical subject matter.

Growth - you know how to meticulously unpack the key levers for growing a business, design & implement a strategic content business plan that drives qualified leads in our revenue marketing funnel.

Interpersonal skills - you have a team-player attitude. You know how to work in an international, cross functional environment demonstrating and inspiring with your knowledge of your craft.

Communication - you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit marketing content for both digital and print.  You are an active listener, able to carefully detect and understand prospects' needs.

Detail orientation - You have high standards for everything you do, and dig into the details to assure that your output consistently meets a high bar.
