We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the company Marketing and Lead Generation strategy. You will develop and implement marketing strategies which will strengthen our businesses position in the Corporate Mobility industry, building sustainable growth.

Our future Head of Marketing will also be responsible for inspiring and coordinating the activities of our Growth Manager, our Content Strategist and our Web Designer who will report directly to him/her.

Crafting and leading strategies for the entire Marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications and Creative, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition.
Developing and implementing a winning Lead Generation strategy.
Developing sales support materials, presentations, demonstration videos, case studies, and other business materials.
Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Monitoring corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with the company brand.
Organizing and participating in events and meetups representing Skipr.
Analyzing campaigns, market trends and the competitive landscape (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
Working closely with the Sales Team enables them to meet their objectives and with the Product Team, to define marketing strategies for new and existing products.
Working with Indirect Sales Partners to establish co-marketing programs by setting clear goals, tracking success against plan, driving awareness, and generating leads.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
You have at least 3 years experience in a SaaS business in a similar role.
Native in Dutch or French, fluent in English.
Ability to work as a team with effective people management skills.
Demonstrative experience in developing and executing digital marketing across a wide variety of channels and platforms, ideally in B2B, SaaS, HR tech or startup businesses.
A track record of building measurable B2B programs and marketing communications efforts that deliver against business goals.
